1996 Chevy Express spark plug change

Been a while since I changed spark plugs and wires in a car. How do I access the spark plugs in an Express Conversion van? Through the interior engine cover? If so, how is that removed? I can't see any clips or other fasteners. Thanks

it comes out in two pieces
remove the trim under the radio and by the ash tray
you ll. find the nuts
and the bottom you have two more
and remove the upper part then the 2nd cover has like a belt just pull it out
replace the cap and rotor too
some plugs you can access from over the tire
