The left signal stays lit up in the car and at the front and rear on the outside, when the right blinker is selected it works as advertised. When the hazard lights are selected the blink intermittently. Any suggestions. both bulbs are always lit so they are working.

Hello –
I am almost positive you have a bulb burnt out. It may be a tail light, a side marker light etc. 99% of the time when this happens, this is to let you know a light is burnt out. The relays seem to be working okay since the right side works.
Turn the right side on and look at all of the lights that are blinking, front, sides, rear…..then do the left and I believe you will see one is out.
Thank you very much for the donation
