hELLO. MY CARB IS ACTING UP IT NEEDS REPLACEING IT HAS EMISSION WIRES ON IT IF I GET AN AFTER MARKET CARB AND DONT CONECT THE WIRES WILL IT BE FINE

If the vehicle is computer controlled, I'd use a feedback carb. Have you tried a carb kit?
I have used a feedback carb on a vehicle that wasn't computer controlled, the vehicle ran like a bat, but, the gas mileage was terrible. I haven't tried a non-feedback carb on a computer controlled engine. Your computer might loose it's mind?
