I have a 73' Covette w/56,000 miles. Car has been in storage for the past 26 years. I replaced the rotors
but the front brakes are locking up when I go approx.
8 or 10 miles. I bled off the line to release the car so I
could drive it back home but it would continue to seize
up and I would have to repeat this every 2 miles or so.
The rear brakes work ok just the fronts are giving me
problems. Any help would be apreciated.

If the car sat for 26 years, you'll probably find you need new calipers. Brake fluid is hydroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture, and it does this even thru the rubber seal and dust boot. Over timee the black paste, or sludge builds up behid the piston so it cant slide back in. I would replace all seals and ckeck all steel brake parts before going for a ride in a car that sat that long!
