WE have a 1996 corsica with a 1.3L. 130,000 miles.
We recently had the spring-loaded pulley, serpintine belt and the batteryt replaced. The car overheated and battery died when the pully broke.
Now the car overheats and the heater blows cold air. I have replaced the thermostat but that didn' solve the problem. There are no apparrent leaks in any of the fluids.

Heater plowing cold air indicate no antifreeze running throw it
Make sure you have filled the coolant system all the way and used the right way to bleed the system

do it when car is cold

good luck
