I just bought a used 1995 chevy corsica. The dome light doesn't turn on at all. I checked the fuses and they are good and the bulb is good. What could be causes them to stay off? Also the cigarette lighter comes completelt out of the panel and has no wires connected to it. how can i reconnect it?
