I recently bought a 1995 Chevy Corsica and it is in good shape. The only issue I have found so far is a small hesitation in the motor. When I am driving while accelerating it is fine, but when I try to keep it at a stead speed say any steady speed, (30-40-50) it will do small hesitations in the motor. I press the gas pedal and it will go away, but when I try to keep it at a steady speed again it will do the hesitation. (No cruise control on the car either) The check engine light comes on sometimes but not all the time, it picks its own time. The other thing I can notice that may spark a clue is the back of the car right past the exhaust has black residue on the car almost like carbon. So if you got any ideas let me know so I can get this fixed. Thanks. Help I got ride of my van for this car!!
