Hi, I wouldn't drive it like that. If nothing else, take it to an alignment shop. You could safely raise and support one tire at a time. Push and pull, try to move up and down on the tire, roll, where applicable. See if you can see--feel--or hear anything. Run your hand around the thread, see if you feel any bad places, knots, anything. Are the tires in good shape? You might rotate the front tires to the rear, don't know if it will help? Maybe the suspension has a problem?
