1991 Corsica 3.1L valve problem.

I bought this car at an auction. 186,000 miles. Drove this car for 1k more, then it started ticking in the front header, right above third spark plug. I think it's a valve problem, either with the lifters or not getting oil in the spring, or there's something clogging it. should I run cleaner through the oil, or would that just deteriorate my gaskets? what could be the problem?

Found out it is a lifter. Ran seafoam through the crankcase, and tac hasn't subsided. any thing i could do, besides taking it all apart?
