Chevy blower fan switch
Heater problem
2005 Chevy Colorado 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 55,000 miles
Blower fan will only work on 4 or high speed, will not function on #1-3 speeds. Just quit about a month ago. 4th speed is too loud. What can I do to fix it myself. It also seems to be a problem with several years of the Colorado and the Canyon trucks.

suspect faulty blower motor resistor assembly, located at lower right side of dash near the blower motor.
