2008 Chevy Cobalt Automatic 41000 miles

I have a 2008 Chevy Cobalt and my Radio fuse is blown and when I put a new one in it just keeps blowing it and also none of the sounds work in my car like the blinker doesn't make a clicking sound and all of the warning beeps don't work like check engine or low fuel or any of that. And my car has an electronic air pressure guage that tells me how much psi my tires have in it and it's not working.
