The check engine light came on on my 06' Cobalt and I took it to auto zone to find the code po446 came up.
"The PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in the electrical circuit for the vent control in the evaporative emission control system"

Not sure what I have to do to fix it but any help would be great.

First thign to do is to try a new gas cap. Also check the vapor lines on the tank all the way to the charcoal canister for cuts or cracks. Also the connector may be dirty, you may need a new canister.
