1984 Chevy Citation 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
i had to replace the water pump now i can't get the belt back onto the power steering pully and the rest of the pullys. i tried to take out the top bolt form the mounting bracket and loosen the lower but it still not moving. Is there something else i should be loosening to get the belt back onto it?
