1998 Chevy Cheyenne doesn't stay on

1998 Chevy Cheyenne 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 100,00 miles
i just replaced the motor and the truk starts but it doesn't stay on. i replaced the fuel pump and it still does the same thing HELP

Check the idle air control valve, EGR valve and throttle position sensor
