1979 Chevy Cheyenne V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 140k miles

I have an older chevy truck that I threw a newer 350 into.
I replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires. Did a compression test all cylinders between 145-160. Belts look good. But every few seconds the engine jerks wat could it be?

It depends on how newer the engine is. It may be carbo buildup on one fo the valves, worn valve guides, anything. It really needs to be looked at to see what is causing it. It could even be a vacuum leak.
