Electrical problem
1993 Chevy Chevette V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic ?? miles

Hi.. i just bought 1993 corvette lt1
the car was careless more than 3 years , so it is in a bad condition.

the problem is :
1- the car wont start (no crank)
2- security light,check engine,digital meter does not appear (not work)

i'm sure the starter is ok , and i knew that the car had problem with vats system.

please help.
