Oil pan
I went to get my oil changed and they said they couldnt change it because the oil was not getting into the oil pan and that there was alot of oil on the engine and they said that there was oil in the engine but it wasent getting into the oil pan what could cause this

There are oil drain passageways that may be blocks. You need to remove the valve covers.
