starting problem

chevy cavalier, 1991, 90,000, 2.2L
There is no spark coming to the spark plugs. What could be the problem?

most probable would be the ignition coils and or module they are located behind the engine , most of the time you have to get to them from underside of the vehicle

ok we changed the module and now its back firing and there is fire coming from the carbaretor. what could be the problem there?

popping out of the throttle body ???? timing may be off , was there another problem before the no spark issue??
