Rough Idle

97 2.2 AT - I just replaced the fuel injectors. I tried to replace the spark plug wires, but I can't get at the wires on the back of the engine. (How do you guys do that?) The engine has an intermittent miss. I thought maybe I damaged one of the old wires working on the injectors. Should I continue the plug wire change (if I can) or should I look at the injector wiring? The injectors are not the same brand. I replaced them as they began leaking while I drove across country last week. I bought/replaced two at a time. (I kept having gas leaking and couldn't get the O ring kits to seal.) Managed to get the car here, but it is not running right.

I wouls first off, Get youre fuel injectors working properly, Then I would things fixed up with youre injectors like : new O rings / Make sure they are seated properly, Then also change all youre spark plugs / wires. The easy way to change the plug wires is to have the front end of the car jacked up on jack stands, will have you to get under neath, Too clip onto the coil pack.

Good Luck.
