whilst driveing my car when im changeing gear up car starts to rev up it dosentdo this when its starts upfirst thing after a few miles its does the idleing speed goes uponly goes back to normal when i rev it it keeps on doing iteven when im brakeing the revs are not right can you help please

Safety aspect, if the pedal goes to the floor you have no brakes. Safe? I don't thinks so. The problem you are having is either a seal on the caliper or the brake line is broken. At the wheel it changes from metal tubing to rubber hose. The host is probably the problem.

You need to see how fast the fluid comes out the wheel side and probably once you put fluid in you may be able to get some foot pedal to return but remember that the leak may seem small now but putting pressure to stop a car on that line could cause it to rupture.

It is the master cylinder, according to my mechanic. Got it to the garage okay. It's going to cost $515!
