2000 Cavalier Fan won't shut off when car is running not allowing the temp to come up so no heat in the car. I've replaced the coolant sensor. no help. if I pull the fuse or remove the relay under the hood on the left side of he car the fan will stop. any ideas of what could be causeing the fan to keep running?
