Air Conditioner 2001 Cavalier Z24
I have a 2001 Cavalier Z24 with 114,000 miles. The air conditioner compressor is not coming on. I checked the fuses and relay but do not know what to look for beyond that. Thank you.

Maybe the switch that turns on the AC unit, Is no longer working.

It is probably because the a/c system has very little or no freon do to a leak somewhere. there is a pressure swich on the accumulator that will not allow the compressor clutch to engage without a certan amount of pressure.
