Electrical problem
2004 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my starter is making a grinding noise when i try to start the car also the key gets hot when the car is running.
I had the battery checked voltage is 13.10 but the cold cranking amps are only 202 it should be at 525, I checked the terminals are clean and the ground looks good as far as i can tell. any ideas ?
