my chevy was running when i parked it i went to go to work this morning and it died on me it acted like it wasnt getting fuel been having problems with it when i was driving i would barely hit the gas and it would act like it was not getting enough gas it would dog a little but once i get going it woud be fine where is the fuel filter and do i need any special tool to change it and where is the fuel pump at it has a maunal transmission 5 speed please help me
