I have a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier I bought in January. Summer rolls around and the A/C does not work. I went to have it charged and find out that I needed to replace the condensor and the accumulator. After I replaced these parts and the system charged the A/C still did not work and the mechanic said he had no idea why. Everything was working like it should be. After closer inspection later I noticed the radiator fan was not kicking on. But the A/C blows hot even when the car is first turned on. Is the radiator fan the reason the A/C is not working? What could be causing this?
