The ignition switch won't turn off and is consider to be bad - the dealer unhooked the battery to fix a stripped positive battery cable bolt & to turn off car and now the car will not start due to anti-theft light is activated. Dealer is trying to over charge daughter out of state to repair the switch - need to get car started to move to a reasonable dealer for repair. Current dealer wanting to charge 3. 5 to 4. 0 hours to fix ignition switch 2 other dealers tell me it is a 1 hr fix labor wise.
