while driving my brakes feel like they are locked up, when i let off the gas , it pretty much stops by itself, no lines are linking, master cylinder is not linking, but theres a plastic piece in the center of the master cylinder, when i push it down, its seems to run ok, but when it pops up, that when my brakes seem to lock up
