had a dead battery - jumped the cars, ran it for 25 min, and turned off the key. It was dead. So we purchased a new battery, and the engine turns, but will nto start. The anti-theft light is flashing. Is the anti theft device (factory type) keeping it from starting? I thought it woudl nto even turn over... Anyway - what might be the cause and if it is the anti theft device, how do we reset it?
