So for a few months my car started stalling at stop lights - probably just a spark plug issue, but then the clutch went out so it was in storage for about 18 months till we could get that done. Now the stalling has gotten worse and it is shaking while accellerating. When doing a scan it just says fuel lean, no other specifics. In getting a full diagnostics done at a garage the only thing they found was the air filter.. which helped for a short time. Now last week I got gas and the problem is terrible. After the car is warmed up it won't accelerate and makes a low rumbling noise with some pops. Not sure if it was bad gas or if there is an issue with the fuel system. Any suggestions? What are some estimates for work like fuel pump, O2 censors, etc. What is the complexity of do it yourself for someone who can do a basic break job and oil change.... Please help, this was my first new car and I think once the issue is solved we still have a lot of road to travel!
