My Cavalier sometimes jerks like it wants to stall when driving, even at higher speeds on the freeway. Often, at stop signs it jerks and shudders like a manual trans. would if someone didn't operate the clutch properly. Lately it's given to stalling completely at stop signs. It will however start immediately again. A while back, the temperature guage shot up to maximum and it stalled at a stop light, but when I re-started it, the temp. was normal and it ran normally the rest of the way home with no incidents. I've already replaced the O2 sensor, but apparently that wasn't the problem. Any suggestions?
