1998 Chevy Cavalier Engine missfire

My sons 98 cav is stumbling, struggling to idle or run. I had a P1860 code, but is gone now. I had a P0335 code and replace the CKP, still have P0335 and now have P0300 and P0125. Replaced the ECT sensor and the spark plugs, still running badly. Could it be the PCM or the ECM that is bad. I do not see and broke wires and all the fuses are good? So many sensors.
