My Cavalier runs great but all the lights on the dash blink then somethimes just all stay on. (Check engine light, air bag light, ABS light , oil light, battery light, check gauges light, water low light, and the daytime running lights blink constantly, etc) I had it checked for any errors and it said nothing was coming up. Also the headlights fade in and out as well as the radio turns off and on, basically everything does this in this car but the engine runs great. Is it a ground issue? if so what would be a good area to start looking. Thanks.
