1997 Chevy Cavalier harmonic noise

Harmonic noise on left turn and straight only generally above 25 mph, in gear or out, not a clicking sound like a cv joint, possibly a hub bearing, and how do I tell which side? Not sure on hub bearing.

Try this:

Raise car, put on stands. Grasp tire and push/pull both horizontally and vertically, if any movement then possible wheel bearing, ball joint, tie rod, control arm bushing.

Check CV boots for any signs of leakage or cuts/rips in rubber boot.
