1994 Chevy Cavalier Blower Motor

Blower motor works sporadically - either fine or not at all. Been going on for a few weeks. Assuming that it is the motor itself that is the problem. Where is the blower motor located, and is this something that I could tackle myself?

Find the blower motor on the engine compartment on the passenger-check all connections

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove cross-car brace. Disconnect blower motor electrical connectors. See Fig. 12 . Remove blower motor cooling tube. Remove alternator bolt and move alternator aside. Remove blower motor screws and remove blower motor. To install, reverse removal procedure
