1994 GHEVY CAPRICE 4.3... NEW MASS FLOW AIR SEN.,FUEL PUMP AND TUNE UP... CAR STALLS AT IDLE, WHEN DRIVING FEELS LIKE IT IS RUNNING OUT OF GAS. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

Lets check the fuel pressure with a gauge-no eyeball or thumb method. we need to rule out the fuel system.

Further you might want to pull out the IACV and clean it and test the TPS voltages

All was tested and is fine. No spark at times. Will start for a momemt and dies. Check for spark there wasn't any. Changed the distrib. 7 months ago along with the coil and module.

Retest the coil, ICM and distributor pick-up. Check for power at coil when key is in On position and cranking- No power do this get a jumper wire between coil positive terminal and battery positive. Then attempt to start, did it start. If so you need to check the ignition switch.

Whats the IACV and TPS voltages?

The IACV is the idle air control valve, The TPS is the throttle position sensor. You check voltages on the TPS. closed and WOT position.The IACV you have to take it out and clean it.

My cooling fans comes on only when it gets close to red. Car only stays cool while driving. Ichanged the temp switch, still have the same problem.????

Fix the prev. problem know My cooling fans comes on only when it gets close to red. Car only stays cool while driving. I changed the temp switch, still have the same problem.????

Try replacing the thermostat and check the coolant temperature sensor

The coolant temperature sensor is what I changed if located on the water pump on 1994 Chevy Caprice. And the thermostat was changed two months ago along with the water pump.

And the thermostat was changed two months ago along with the water pump.[/quote:12b151855a] The engine coolant temperature sensor is located on front of engine near thermostat housing @ D and the coolant temperature sending unit to guage is @ N5-see below

My car idles high for 2 seconds thin it runs rough after drivind for a while. It will run rough for about 1-2 miles be for runing fine again. It is a 1994 Chevy Caprice 4.3... IACV, TPS ,MAP SENSOR, MASS FLOW, CAP ROTOR, SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES, FUEL PUMP AND FILTER , MODULE , COIL ALL WAS CHANGED. CAR CONTINUES TO STALL AT IDEL AND WHILE DRIVING. NO CHECK ENG LIGHT. FUEL PRESURE IS GOOG.? NEED HELP NONE OF THE LOCAL SHOPS HAVE NO CLUE.
