I JUST BOUGHT A 1996 CHEVROLET CAPRICE FROM A PRIVATE SELLER, THE CAR USED TO BE AN OLD POLICE CAR BUT THE N0NE OF THE GUAGES WORK WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM?

due to this being an old cop car it can be anything to a blown fuse or wires cut under the dash. YOu'll hav eto look for wires cut but it could also be the circuit board on the guage panel. really a pro should check this out for you.
