Hello, heres the deal. I recently purchased a rebuilt 305 5.0 chevy engine. Worked fine for like 2 months,all of a sudden the car wouldnt turn on. wen it did, it sounded like the valves were bent. i took off the right head to notice that one of the valves had hit the piston. The retainer that keeps the valve spring tensioned came off. its just one valve. the others are fine. the valve is not bent. its looks like its just missing that retainer. what do you think should do?
