The fuel pump is electric. Its located inside the fuel tank on the top. Youll have to drop the fuel tank to get to it. You could also cut an access hole it the back of the car (under the carpet). If you need to get to it. Hit me back here and ill get ya the dimmensions of the cut and ill take a pick of one of my Camaros that I have the fuel pump out.

Heres the pic. If you decide to take this route and not drop the tank, be very careful when cutting. I used tin snips to do mine. Afterwards be sure to seal it up really good or youll get that fuel smell inside the car. Silicone caulk works good. If you decide to drop the tank, it should take about 3-4 hours. Thats what I average by myself but then again Ive done tons of them. I prefer the cutting method. Hope this helps ya if you need to get to the fuel pump. Good luck. :)
