Ok I just bought a 1998 Chevy Blazer, 123,000miles and the winshield wipers work when they want to. So if I would pull on the arm of the wiper a little bit they would start working. I was wondering if you know what this could be? Also last night when I pulled the arm on the wiper a little bit to try to get them going again I heard a snap so now the drivers side windshiel wiper dont always move up with the other one. Can you PLEASE help me fix this
Thank You

You've might have pulled the wiper off the mechanism to where it's not tight against it. Or you may have broken the wiper arm lock. If so replace the wiper arm. To fix it wipers you'll need to replace the wiper module. It's very simple to replace and inexpensive. It's located behind the black square plate on the wiper motor. Unplug the harness, remove the plate and swap with the new one.
