Starter removal for my 93 s10 blazer

After removing the two bolts, there doesn't seem to be enough room to move the starter back far enough to be able to drop it down. Do I have to remove something else to get it out?

Someone told me I have to take 4 bolts off to remove the cover for the flywheel housing to get the starter off. Is this true?

YES, you will need to take off a whole bunch of stuff to get that starter off...THEN you have to hold your mouth just right, in order to get it to "fit" outta the hole that its in. These vehicles are WHORES to work on. GM should be canned in a town square for ever designing such a turd. Good luck!!
