I have a 1999 chevy blazer v6 4x4. The problem is it is runnning hot and pressure on the upper hose. At high speed it will cool down, but at lower speed it will get hot again. I had the radiator remove and clean, change the thermostat, the fan is good, no leakage. I now have the thermostat remove and still having the same problem HELP

I would look at having your cooling system pressure tested to ensure that it is holding good pressure. It sounds like it is not holding pressure based on the info that you have give. It could be many different things from leaking gaskets, to loose hose connections or clams to a bad radiator cap. Anything that will allow the pressure to vent off will cause it to overheat.
