I drive a 99 Chevy Blazer LS 2WD with 107,000 miles. Recently my blazer started making a popping sound, like something is hitting underneath. The popping sounds like its at my feet and seems to move from one side of the vehicle to the other. Sometimes it's worse when i hit a bump. I also recently had it aligned and the center link was replaced. It seems like I did not have this problem until that center link was replaced. Should I have it re-checked?

take it back to the shop to make sure there's no problem with the work they did and also look into the lower ball joints. when the ball joints get dry and worn, they'll make a popping noise.
