Fuel injectors

I have a 1999 chevy blazer, 4.3 l with 130000 miles on it. It cuts out upon acceleration and I have been racking my brain trying to figure out why. The fuel pump is fairly new and I believe that I replaced the press reg too. Fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil are all new. Last summer I had to replace the intake gasket and while it was apart I cleaned eveything real good. Today I cleaned the IAC and the pcv. The only thing I can think it could be is one or more of the injectors but how do I check them on this type of system (CSEFI)?

You'll need to hook a scan tool using the OBD-II connector, and hook a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail. Using the scanner you can pulsate the injectors one by one and monitor the gauge to see if they're operating properly. I know everyone doesn't have a scanner, but that the way to go.
