Most times after I have driven my Blazer, and I restart I drives sluggush for about 30 seconds, then drives normally. Yesterday after being parked for about 8 hours I attemped to start it and it turned over but appeared not to be getting any gas, I called a roadside assistance guy he banged on the fueltank while I attemped to start it and after a while it did start.
should I get my fuel pump replaced?
? ?
thanks,
john

First of all what year is it? Voretc blazers need exactly the right fuel pressure to start. Especially when cold. I believe the spec is 63psi. I've had ones with 60 psi that would not start. Find the spec for your vehicle and check what the pressure is. Good Luck!
