Chevrolet Blazer Repair Question

ABS or computer
I have a 2000 chevy blazer; 6 cyl with 90,000 miles.
The ABS light comes on, then the red brake light comes on, then the speedometer starts jumping and the RPMs start to red line; seems as if you are driving with the brakes on and no matter what you do you can not get them to release.
Have had all new brake pads and shoes supposed to fix the problem and did not.
New brake sensors put on and supposed to fix the problem and did not.
Mechanics seem to think I'm crazy; can anyone help?
