Who do I change the fuel pump and gas filter

Hello, you need to make sure the pump is the problem. You need to check fuel pressure?

I believe you have to remove the tank in order to remove the pump. The fuel filter shows to have threaded fittings on one end, a couple of wrenches, and a quick connect fitting on the other. I have taken some of those loose with needle nose pliers. It's best to use the proper tools.
