2000 Chevy Blazer heating core going bad or already is

2000 Chevy Blazer 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I get fog on my winsheid when i'm driving, or letting the car warm up. It's like a steam that I keep having to wipe off. Even when I put something over the defrost vent same thing, when itls blow from the front vents.
