1997 Chevy Blazer engine light on miss aceleration will not

Change motor and transmision oil, ignition ciol, it rans good in town but when taking to higway whil not acelerate, will not go more tehen 45or50mph

Having same problem have changed fuel filter, dist. Rotor, intake gaskets, checked feul pressure, and for vacum leaks nothing has worked yet, truck falls flat on its face at 40 to 50 miles an hour, pulling what hair I have left out
