1972 Chevy Blazer pulling

I recently started up my 1972 Blazer after sitting for 5 years. It pulls violently to the left when stopping and after driving for a few blocks the right front wheel is smoking and you can smell brake pad material. Any suggestions? Master cylinder is full.
