my 96 berreta has a problem when it idles the idle will jump a little and here recently its been having problems starting.

you can try to get choke cleaner and spray the trottle plate with it to remove the gunk that has built up on it. Also spray around the idle air control. That may help on the idle problem bu thave it checked to see if there are any codes causing any other problems...
